Information about presentation
Poster set up starts during registration, Monday 19 November at 08:00.
Poster should be written in English and the size should be maximum 96cm (width) x 137cm (height)
All delegates who have submitted an abstract may present a poster at the meeting.
Please bring your poster to the conference.
The organising committee have selected 6 abstracts for oral presentation and the authors have been contacted separately.

Submission dead-line is 1 November (11.59 PM, CET/GMT+1).
A few abstracts will be selected for short oral presentations.
The title should be sentence case of maximum 150 characters including spaces. The abstract should not exceed 500 words excluding the title.
It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be published as typed by the author, if accepted. Poor English may be a cause for rejection.
